Our Mission

Our mission is to provide undergraduate students with a platform to publish legal research, develop strong analytical and writing skills, and engage in meaningful discussions of legal issues. We empower emerging scholars by offering opportunities to contribute to legal discourse and navigate the academic publishing process.

The Penn State Undergraduate Law Journal (ULR) is a student-run organization dedicated to providing undergraduates with the opportunity to learn about the field of law among like-minded peers.
